One payment. You get the code, the domain, the lot. Hand-coded, up to five pages, a contact form, and everything set up for local search including your Google listing.
Only if you want it. I do your updates for you: prices, photos, opening hours, whatever changes. No contract, cancel any time. The site stays yours if you don't take it.
You own the site and domain from day one. The monthly plan is optional. Bigger jobs like online booking, a shop or more pages get quoted after a chat.

A first look at the layout and style for your business, before anything's locked in.

I build it to what we agreed. You see it come together as I go, not weeks of silence.
Launch.
Live within a week of you signing off the design, on your domain, in your name. Take the monthly care plan afterwards or leave it.
